Call me crazy… but I thought this product looked amazing! Of course I know that I am a sucker for the “BEST” workout gear.  I always think to myself  maybe if I had this or that… I would workout harder or eat better?

We all know that it’s  NOT true Am I the only one like this?

This product had great reviews. I am wondering if anyone else has heard of it or tried it? let me know what you think!

BIG dreams

When I saw this on pinterest…it literally spoke to my heart.  I kept reading this over and over and thought to myself  “THIS IS SO TRUE”!!!!

I LOVE to dream and I love to have BIG dreams.

I admit that sometimes, I get caught up in the dreams that “I” have for myself.

Then I will stop to realize that God is asking me a question…

Haley… Am I enough for you?

This is when I start to wonder how do my “dreams” coincide with God’s plan for my life?

God does not promise us a spouse, children, financial stability, or the white picket fence that I want.

BUT

He does promise that if we believe in him, He will bless us with salvation, heaven, and eternal life.  And that HE IS ENOUGH!

I don’t think there is anything wrong with dreaming, but in the midst of when these “things” seem SO wonderful, ask yourself…is God enough for me?

I adore this idea! Who wouldn’t enjoy a glass of wine and a great book on this little treasure! I have thought about making one of these for a while now.  I am not going to lie when I say…I am glad I found one on-line

Bikini Bite

BIKINI SMOOTHIE!

Ingredients

• 1 cup raw spinach
• 1 cup frozen peaches
• 1 cup frozen pineapples
• 1 teaspoon organic flax seed
• 1 teaspoon dried coconut flakes
• 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
• ½ banana (sliced and frozen is best)
• 1 cup Almond milk

Directions

1. Add almond milk, spinach, peaches, banana, and pineapples to your blender.
2. Add your flax seed and protein powder into the mix.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and enjoy!

J Crew young professionals Event was so much fun! What is better than a glass of wine, tiny bites, and shopping!  Here are just a couple of pictures from the night!
